How to Make Seblak

Seblak is Indonesian food that is known to come from Bandung, West Java, which has a savory and spicy taste. Made from wet crackers cooked with vegetables and protein sources such as eggs, chicken, seafood or processed beef, and cooked with kencur.


Material: 

2 handfuls of soaked shrimp crackers 

1 egg

 4 spring onions

 2 cloves of garlic 

2 candlenuts 

2 segments of kencur 

Chili according to taste Sausage and meatballs Water Salt, sugar and flavorings 

How to make: 

1. Blend or grind shallots, garlic, chilies, and kencur, add vegetable oil. 

2. Saute the spices over medium heat until the spices are fragrant. 

3. After the spices are fragrant, add water. Wait for the water to boil. 

4. Enter the beaten egg. Stir well 

5. Add salt, sugar and chicken stock. 

6. Enter the meatballs, sausages and crackers. 

7. Cook until the meatballs and sausages are cooked, and the crackers are soft. 

8. When the sauce has shrunk, add the vegetables.

 9. Remove and serve in bowls.
