HOW TO MAKE JAVANESE GETHUK
Getuk (Javanese gethuk) is a snack made with sweet potatoes the main ingredient.
Getuk is a food that is easily found in Central Java and East Java.
Ingredients:
The ingredients needed to make getuk are as follows:
👉Water for steaming
👉1/2 kg of sweet potatoes, peeled, chopped
👉150 gr sugar
👉1/2 pcs of coconut, grated and steamed
The steps:
1). sweet potatoes peeled,
2). then washed and cut into pieces about 5 cm.
3).Boil the potatoes until cooked. Wind out until the steam is gone.
4).Mix sweet potatoes with a little sugar. Crush to the point.
5).Serve warm with a sprinkling of grated coconut.

Mix a little sweet potato Salt - Sugar. Crush to the point.
Give coloring if you like.
